How it Works!
 

The first step is to send us an emial with your requirements, there is no obligation nor do we ask for payment at this point.

We will locate your spare and confirm it is the item you require.

One of our team may contact you and verify that the part we have sourced is the part you have identified.

Once the spare you have asked for is properly identified we will discuss delivery options and arrive at a price. This will be the total cost of the spare including all crating, transportation, import duty, domestic delivery and all sundry expenses. The price you pay will get the spare to your doorstep.

If you are happy with our price and arrangements, simply go to our Customer Login using the username and password we will supply.
You will be required to accept our terms and conditions once again, simply click on the Paypal button to make your payment. If you wish to pay by cheque then please email for details.

Once you have accepted our terms and conditions and paid via the Paypal portal, you can return to the Customer Login page to check the progress of your order. We will in any event email you with the progress of the spare part from it's source in the United States to your front door.

 

NOTE:
Due to the esoteric nature of these spares, we can only accept the return of the spare if it is faulty or the part does not match the description agreed by the customer and sparesUSA.
